I started 2 of my projects for Ravelympics 2008at 9 am FRIDAY, and I’m already done. I’m thinking either I’ve spent too much time knitting over the past 2 days, OR the projects were too easy!! My plan is, although I didn’t sign up for it, I’m going to make a pair of fingerless gloves, FINISH MY stupid stupid stupid SOCKS and make a whole bunch of washcloths for give-aways. I joined a monthly KAL for washcloths and haven’t done them for the whole summer. So that’s a list for ya.

I’ll start on the Really Warm Hat tommorow. Or maybe tonight. My needles are calling….
I heart knitting. And I heart Knitpicks circular needles. Really. They are so fabulous. IF I didn’t love them so much, I’d order the new straights–like Cass did, and I’d get to hear the trumpets and flowers and such. But I love my circs. So I’ll just have to gaze at hers.
I listened to some really good podcasts this weekend, as well. Nothing like knitting with a little preachin’ going on in your head 
- UPDATE ON MY FRIEND–She is FINE–healthy and happy. She wanted me to let all of you know that were praying for her that she appreciates it and thanks you! She had such peace and virtually no pain afterward (except for her tongue. She bit it.) Thank you!
